I wonder if EA sports will now release 2 copies of the Madden cover, one with Favre on the Jets and the already printed one of him on the Packers. And more importantly will the Madden curse live on?

This is a Japanese movie so its with subtitles. If you can’t read then this is not for you. This is also a very disturbing movie, and contains a lot of killing. However, I thought the movie was great. This movie is not for everyone.

Curb Your Enthusiasm is a show based loosely off of Larry David’s life. Larry and Jerry Seinfeld co-wrote the show Seinfeld, and if you are familiar with Seinfeld, watching Larry is sorta like watching George, which in my opinion is hilarious. Jeff Green, Susie Green, Richard Lewis and of course Marty Funkhouser, to name just a few other reoccurring characters blend perfectly with Larry’s sense of humor. This is a great show and I highly recommend it.

Brett Favre is now a Jet, and that just doesn’t sound right to me. I will never get used to seeing players who have played with one team for a such a long time, wearing a different uniform. I think his stay with the Jets will be short lived. (sorry Jets fans) If I was a Jets fan I would be happy with the move, because the Jets have badly needed a QB for a long time, and Clemens or Pennington were not going to take them to the playoffs. I don’t think Favre will either, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

  Right now this is my favorite comedy show on TV. Michael Scott (Steve Carell) may be the best TV boss ever. If you havent already done so, you need to watch this hilarious show.

Something about this just does not look right.

I cant believe the Yankees were able to get Pudge for Kyle “i can’t pitch” Farnsworth. And this after the Yankees got Damaso Marte and Xavier Nady. Brian Cashman has really been wheeling and dealing before the trading deadline this year, we’ll just have to wait and see if it pays off.

In other news before the trading deadline:

I was surprised to see Ken Griffey Jr. go to the White Sox, and was thankful Manny Ramirez did not end up in the NL east, because all the talk i was hearing had him going to the Marlins in a three team deal, with the Red Sox, Marlins, and Pirates. As it ended up, it was a three team deal (Red Sox, Pirates, and Dodgers) that sent Manny out of Boston, but to LaLa land rather than Florida. They say Manny was becoming a distraction in Boston so again we will have to wait and see how Jason Bay will fill Manny’s spot in the Red Sox lineup, anyway its gonna be an exciting last 2 months of baseball.

Watching Gordon Ramsay mock some of these so called “professional chefs” is amazing. He shows no remorse in verbally tearing apart the food they make, but throughout the show he tries to help them, in an attempt, to make their restaurants better. This show is highly entertaining and very funny.

I thought this movie was going to be good. M. Night Shyamalan directed it and theres usually a lot of hype over his movies (Signs, The Village, Sixth Sense, Unbreakable*). It looked like it would be a creepy/scary/twisted movie, and one that would leave me thinking about what happened after it ended. However the only thing this movie left me with was a headache from actually sitting through it, save your money and time and don’t see this movie.

*Unbreakable - for a movie starring Sammy L and Bruce Willis, this movie was also a huge disappointment.

I wanted to see this movie in IMAX, but i went about getting tickets too late and it was already sold out. I didn’t want to buy into all the hype that came with this movie, but after I saw it, I was sold. This is the best Batman movie I have ever seen, and even though I’m sure you’ve heard this by now, I will repeat it for you, Heath Ledger is incredible as the Joker. If you haven’t seen this movie by now, go see it.
